MInutes of Meeting - Jan 21, 2014

January 21, 2014 That was the regular meeting of Kebayoran Toastmaster. We had Gamar as our Toastmaster of the meeting and she chose the theme of the meeting "Responsibility" and the word of the day was "Bliss" 

We had our members : Debbie who took the role as the Table topic master, Ira as General Evaluator, Rodney as prepared speaker, Joy as the word of the day counter, Ria as Ah counter, Fazila as the grammarian, Lina as evaluator, Kevin as the evaluator for the table topic 

Other members were Mia, Mita, Abid, Rika and Robert

We had guests who participated such as Hassan as the timer and Devita as the ballot counter. 

We also had Widi and Grace from Plato Toastmasters, Shiva from Sandoz toastmasters. 

Our meeting today was a little bit difference, we only had one speaker Rodney, he did his second project from basic manual with the title "Men and Women". It was a very interesting topic when we talked about "men and women", and Rodney did a great job to bring out that topic.  After the prepared speaker we had table topic session and today we emphasized the meeting for practicing table topic session, as we will conduct the table topic contest so we encouraged members to practice answering the table topic. We had so much fun during the sessions and everyone in the room had a chance to participate. 

Debbie as the table topic master did a great job. Among 15 table topic speakers we had Kevin as the best table topic speaker. 

A special thing was Kevin also gave his evaluation to all the table topic speakers. He did excellent job. At the end of the meeting, we believed that Kebayoran club's members were ready to join the table topic contest. 

Notes: Kebayoran club just got the new ribbon " Founders award" for supporting Plato Toastmasters. 

Great Kebayoran club, we need to keep a good work … See you next week.
